IMA YOGA CLASSES
We offer yoga classes for all levels, from beginners to advanced yogis. Our Hot Yoga and Pilates build heat and strength. Vinyasa Flow focuses on fluid movement, while Yin Yoga encourages deep stretching and stillness. For a challenge, Power Yoga strengthens both body and mind, and specialized options like Prenatal and Restorative Yoga provide tailored support and relaxation.

Ima is a unique hot yoga series that combines the precision of therapeutic yoga and the foundations of traditional (hatha) yoga in a specially heated room. This challenging, healthy all-level sequence of postures and breathing exercises is a foundational alignment based practice.
All levels welcome; the perfect place to start as well as deepen your practice. -
A challenging, healthy, hot vinyasa flow sequence emphasizing the synergy between breath and movement. You’ll move through the poses with slower paced transitions compared to the IMA Power Flow sequence. All levels are welcome.

A gently heated (about 90 degrees) continuation of the power flow class. Power II is an innovative practice that takes you to take your practice to the next level or is for those who are looking to deepen their practice and work on more advanced variations. Only suitable for experienced practitioners.

In our yin classes, you will hold different restorative-based poses for longer periods of time (anywhere from 3 - 5 minutes depending on the sequences) focusing your attention mostly on listening to your body and practicing breathwork through these poses. Yin allows you to experience the benefits of its restorative power: calming the nervous system, allowing you to be one with your body and breath, and giving the body rest to balance the active yang practices. We like to add other sensory restorative elements to our yin classes, so be sure to try out the different types we offer: Yin & Soundbath, Yin & Massage, or Yin & Reiki.
-
Primal Movement focuses on integrating ground based movement with dynamic physical maneuvers that mimic locomotive patterns of certain animals. This practice will challenge you to bring movement back into conscious control and will help you develop strength and mobility.
The class is composed of 2 segments. During the first portion of the class, you will be moving around the room to practice these different movement patterns, without your yoga mat. For the second portion of the class, you will be stationary and will need a yoga mat.

Created by our own Ashli Katz, Creative Movement is a dance-inspired practice to open your heart, allow the somatic release of negative energy you no longer want to hold on to, and give yourself the space to creatively move your body in a way that allows you to tap into your true self. You’ll first increase your heart rate by moving your body to the beat of her specially curated playlist and wind down your practice through a gentle Vinyasa flow. This is a class for all levels with no expectation of knowledge of yoga principles or pose names.
-
A full body class focused on strengthening and controlling the core. Rooted in mat pilates, the workout stimulates endurance, flexibility, balance, and toning. Expect a slow burn with HIIT style movements to a vibing playlist!
